With two mobile workshops & a large engineering factory, we are set up to conduct 3 monthly, 6 monthly and yearly inspections for our clients for a wide range of equipment including:

  
          All equipment repaired and tested in our workshop is issued with a certificate and data based into our Asset Management data base program.

2.02 Lifting and lifted equipment

In-service inspection comprising structural and operational integrity
(excluding associated electrics, electronics, hydraulics and/or pneumatics)

.01 Lifting devices

Including proof testing of lifting gear (range 7.5 kN to 98 kN)
Codes: In-house procedures and AS 1418.2, AS 2089 and AS 4991.
Lifting devices limited to Lever hoists, serial hoists, chain blocks, sheave blocks and winches.

.03 Rigging

Codes: In-house procedures and AS 3775, AS 4497.1/.2, AS 1666.1/.2,
AS 1380.1/.2 and AS 1353.1/.2.
Rigging including Wire rope, natural and synthetic fibre rope, chain, flat and
round webbing, flat and round slings.

.04 Rigging Components

Codes: In-house procedures and AS2317, AS 2319, AS 2741, AS 4491 and AS 2076.
Rigging components including rigging screws, turnbuckles, shackles, plate clamps,
rings, oblong links, wire rope grips and other terminal devices
and attachments.

.10 Fall arrest systems

Codes: In-house procedures and AS/NZ 1891.1/.2/.3/.4/.5.
Fall arrest systems including harnesses, lanyards, associated anchorages and
attachment systems, and associated rigging.
